Shipping & Returns

Welcome to where we strive to keep quilting affordable! 


At  present, we are only able to offer 'shipping included' to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are working towards having add'l destinations available on the website. For now, please contact us for a shipping quote if you are outside of this area. 


Unless otherwise specified we ship via USPS or UPS.  All Dream Cases & Rolls are shipped FEDEX. Please include your po box and street location when available.

Products are combined where possible, although please note we cannot guarantee all products will ship from the same location.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship as soon as we can following receipt of your order. Typically, with in 2 business days.  

Dream Cases & Rolls drop ship from the factory.  The current expected shipping times are posted on the Dream category page.

Please save the batting packaging especially for Hobbs products as we will need the label information if there is a question.  Cut out the label on the end of the bag and tuck it into the core tube when opening your batting rolls.


We want you to be satisfied with the products your purchase from  In the case of a product defect or a mistake by us we will cover the return postage and replacement.  If you make a mistake in ordering that can't be corrected before shipping, then you will be responsible for the postage both ways if you wish to return the product.


The return window is 10 days following the shipping date.
Products must be unused, unopened and returned in the original packaging.
All product defects and/or errors must be reported to us within 10 days of the shipping date.


Refunds will be processed upon return receipt of merchandise in sellable condition.  Refunds will be done through  original payment method ie: paypal,, gift certificate etc.

Please email for a return authorization number before returning any products


 You are welcome to cancel your on-line order BEFORE it is shipped.

1.  If you need to cancel please do so immediately, as we ship shortly following receipt of your order payment.
