    I’ve been quilting since I was a kid, and solids, checks and calicos were pretty much it. Fabrics now are whatever people can dream up, but batting also improved. And the best I’ve ever quilted with is Quilters Dream100% cotton. I won’t use anything else,

    Love the thin batting and not too warm for our coastal California winters and cool summers.
